Job summary

CCR Beverage Solutions in Dripping Springs, TX is seeking a Coffee Equipment Technician who can diagnose why machines stop working and fix them in the field. You’ll service commercial espresso machines, brewers, grinders, and water systems across the South-Central U.S.

You’ll operate independently, with support from a dispatch team and metrics-driven expectations. Expect to handle 2–3 service calls daily at cafes, hotels, and hospitality sites.

Qualifications

• Comfortable with a multimeter and basic hand tools.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs.
• Smartphone capable of running required apps.
• Secure address for parts deliveries via FedEx/UPS.

Responsibilities

• Perform two to three service calls at commercial coffee locations.
• Measure voltage, resistance, capacitance, and continuity with a multimeter.
• Trace faults through electrical and hydraulic diagrams.
• Identify thread types and outlet configurations, fabricating adapters as needed.
• Disassemble and reassemble equipment carefully, with no corners cut.
• Look up part numbers in diagrams and machine documentation.
• Write service notes that are accurate and professional.
• Keep time and tickets organized in ServiceTitan, our dispatch platform.
• Communicate repair findings to customers clearly and professionally.
• Taste coffee after each repair to verify calibration.
