Job summary

CCR Beverage Solutions is seeking a Coffee Equipment Technician to diagnose and repair commercial espresso machines, brewers, grinders, and water systems across the Austin area. You’ll work independently in the field with back-office support, ensuring machines are calibrated and operating correctly.

Ideal candidates are handy, curious, and enjoy coffee. A valid driver’s license, ability to lift 75 lbs, and comfort with smartphone apps are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with home electrical work, plumbing repairs, or hands‑on projects.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs.
• Comfort with a smartphone and required apps.
• Capable of reading diagrams and repair documentation.

Responsibilities

• 2–3 service calls at commercial coffee locations.
• Measure voltage, resistance, capacitance, and continuity.
• Trace faults using electrical and hydraulic diagrams.
• Identify thread types and fabricate adapters.
• Disassemble and reassemble equipment carefully.
• Look up part numbers in diagrams and documentation.
• Write accurate, professional service notes.
• Log time and tickets in ServiceTitan.
• Explain findings clearly to customers; verify calibration by tasting coffee.
