Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and operate a smartphone for required apps.
• Secure address for parts deliveries via FedEx and UPS.

Responsibilities

• Measure electrical parameters with a multimeter and diagnose faults.
• Trace faults using electrical and hydraulic diagrams.
• Identify thread types, configurations, and fabricate adapters as needed.
• Disassemble and reassemble equipment carefully, maintaining quality.
• Look up part numbers in diagrams and documentation.
• Write precise service notes and keep tickets organized in ServiceTitan.
• Communicate repair findings clearly to customers.
• Verify calibration by tasting coffee after repairs.
