Job summary

The Edinburg Center in Bedford, MA is seeking a mobile community clinician to supervise staff and deliver evidence-based, recovery-oriented services. You will lead screenings, assessments, and treatment planning, ensuring timely and trauma-informed care for adults with mental health concerns and co-occurring substance use disorders.

Preference is given to LPHA licensure (LICSW/LCSW/LMHC) or plans to obtain LPHA within two years; a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant clinical field is required.
• Strong preference for LPHA licensure (LICSW, LCSW, LMHC) or plan to obtain LPHA within 2 years.
• Experience with adults with mental health concerns and co-occurring substance use disorders preferred.
• Ability to work on a multidisciplinary team and provide clinical supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision of staff and ensure recovery-oriented, trauma-informed services.
• Lead screening, assessment, treatment planning and review processes.
• Deliver interventions identified on the treatment plan and monitor progress.
• Train staff on treatment planning and documentation; support high-risk engagement strategies.
• Provide on-call clinical coverage and perform related duties as assigned.
