Job summary

The Edinburg Center in Bedford, MA is seeking a Licensed Clinical Lead to supervise staff and ensure recovery-oriented, trauma-informed services. You will lead screening, assessment, treatment plan development and review, and provide on-call clinical coverage.

This mobile community position requires LPHA licensure or eligibility within 2 years, with training in DBT/CBT and related modalities; 5+ years of relevant experience with adults with mental illness preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in clinical field required.
• LPHA licensure or eligibility within 2 years preferred.
• 5+ years experience with adults with mental illness preferred.
• Training in DBT/CBT, Illness Management and Recovery, SBIRT, Housing First, Harm Reduction, Motivational Interviewing preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision of staff and ensure recovery-oriented, trauma-informed services.
• Lead screening, assessment, treatment plan development and reviews.
• Conduct screenings/assessments and deliver interventions per the treatment plan.
• Train and supervise team staff on treatment plan development and documentation of progress.
• Provide on-call clinical coverage and other clinical/administrative duties as assigned.
