Job summary

APHS is seeking a Mobile Clinic Coordinator to oversee all services provided by the mobile unit at the Salvation Army Resource Center. The role collaborates with the clinical team to ensure efficient daily operations, quality improvement, and patient experience.

This position requires flexible hours, including evenings, and travel as needed. The MCC will supervise Mobile Clinic Patient Advocates, coordinate registrations, and maintain compliance with federal, state, and local policies, while

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Minimum 2 years of related work and management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of health and human services infrastructure; basic computer skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mobile unit services and ensure compliance with policies.
• Supervise Mobile Clinic Patient Advocates and coordinate staffing.
• Direct and coordinate services across CRCHC sites and mobile unit operations.
• Manage mobile clinic patient registration and data entry into the EHR.
• Monitor operational performance and drive efficiency improvements.
• Engage in community outreach and liaison activities with partners.
• Ensure excellent patient experience and timely handling of concerns.
