Job summary

We Care Daily Clinics, located in Auburn, WA, is seeking a Mobile Team Lead to operationally oversee our mobile clinic network. You will manage daily workflows, coordinate staff, ensure a safe, trauma-informed, patient-centered experience, and report directly to the Mobile Operations Manager.

The role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and solid knowledge of HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 privacy requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Experience with HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 privacy requirements.
• Ability to coordinate mobile clinic operations across regions.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations for the mobile clinic, coordinating daily workflows, staff activities, and member services.
• Ensure equipment and environment supports safety and trauma-informed care on site.
• Provide operational supervision for staff under applicable licenses and protocols.
• Escalate complex issues to the Mobile Operations Manager as the primary contact.
• Coordinate routes, staffing, and service delivery with mobile leadership across sites.
• Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards and support performance management.
