Job summary

ServiceMaster Commercial Maintenance Systems is seeking a hands-on Supervisor to organize cleaning teams, train staff on standards, and ensure tasks are completed on time and to ServiceMaster quality. You will enforce safety protocols, manage shift coverage, and provide feedback to improve performance.

The role requires 1-2 years of supervisory experience, strong English communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A uniform, punctuality, and reliability are expected.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to train and manage staff.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Must communicate in English; bilingual a plus.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Train cleaners on ServiceMaster’s standards, products, processes and procedures.
• Oversees staff performance and ensures all assignments are completed on schedule.
• Train cleaners on task schedules for individual accounts.
• Perform inspections and provide constructive feedback to staff.
• Adjust for call-offs or no-shows and maintain coverage.
• Ensure compliance with safety and OSHA regulations; use PPE as required.
• Open/lock facilities and manage security system as needed.
