ServiceMaster DSI is seeking a Supervisor to organize employee shifts, train and motivate team members, and ensure all tasks meet ServiceMaster standards. The role focuses on cleaning principles and effective team management to deliver consistent results.

The position requires 1–2 years of supervisory experience, strong English communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Training will be provided; opportunity for growth within the franchisee network.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of supervisory experience
• Must be able to communicate in English; bilingual is a plus
• Ability to work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked environment

Responsibilities

• Training cleaners on ServiceMaster’s standards, products, processes and procedures
• Oversees staff performance and ensures all assignments are completed according to the task schedule
• Perform inspections and give constructive performance feedback to staff members
• Assign shifts and adjust in case of call offs or no shows
• Respond to customer complaints and requests timely and with care
• Ensure compliance with safety and OSHA regulations
