Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with up to 4 years of job-related experience.
• Ability to read construction drawings and measurements.
• Knowledge of carpentry, drywall, and finishing.
• Capable of following safety and building code standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain building structures and grounds.
• Perform carpentry, drywall finishing, and minor renovations.
• Read blueprints and ensure work meets CBRE standards.
