McCarthy Stone is seeking a Mobile Care Assistant to join our care team, traveling between developments to deliver personalised care and domestic support, assisting with daily activities, personal hygiene, and wellbeing.

We provide full training; a valid UK driving license and access to your own car are essential. The role offers flexible shifts, travel between sites, and benefits including a probation bonus, travel expenses, and pension.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Health and Social Care required; full training provided.
• Valid UK driving license and access to own car; willingness to travel between developments.
• Willingness to work flexible rota including early mornings, lates, alternate weekends and some bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised care including help with daily activities, personal hygiene and medication assistance.
• Maintain and clean communal areas; offer domestic support such as cleaning, shopping and household tasks.
• Provide social support, transport arrangements and accompany homeowners to appointments.
