McCarthy Stone is seeking a compassionate Mobile Care Assistant to join our care team across Brentwood and surrounding areas. The role combines personal care with domestic tasks, requiring travel between developments and close collaboration with supervisors and managers to deliver bespoke care and lifestyle services.

You will assist with daily activities, personal hygiene, companionship, and wellbeing activities while ensuring communal areas are clean and welcoming.

Qualifications

• Experience in care environment preferred; training provided.
• Must have strong interpersonal skills, empathy and time management.
• Applications from domestic/housekeeping experience welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and domestic tasks within developments.
• Support homeowners with daily activities, hygiene, and medications assistance.
• Maintain communal areas, assist with transport and social activities.
