Job summary

McCarthy Stone invites applications for Mobile Care Assistant roles in Hatfield & Surrounding Areas. You will deliver personal care and domestic services across developments, travelling between sites as required to support homeowners.

The role offers an hourly rate of £14.50 plus an extra 30p per hour for evenings, 25 hours per week, and a probation bonus of £300 on successful completion. Travel expenses are covered with mileage paid at 43p per mile.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Health and Social Care qualification (or equivalent).
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy and time management.
• Full UK driving license and access to a car; willingness to travel between developments.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised care including daily activities, personal hygiene and medication assistance.
• Maintain communal areas to a high standard, assist with shopping and household tasks.
• Support social activities, transport arrangements and attendance at appointments.
