Job summary

TridentCare seeks a qualified sonographer to deliver mobile ultrasound services across nursing homes, home care facilities, prisons and processing sites in the region. The role requires automobile travel and a Monday–Friday, 8am to 4:30pm schedule.

You will perform echocardiograms and other ultrasound exams, ensure high-quality images, and maintain equipment while adhering to ARDMS/CCI standards. Strong communication and ethics are essential.

Qualifications

• ARDMS and CCI certifications required.
• Graduate of an accredited diagnostic ultrasound program.
• Ability to perform and process ultrasound exams with portable equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform echocardiograms and other ultrasound imaging to evaluate heart function.
• Login for self-dispatching or coordinate with dispatch for caseloads.
• Perform exams with portable equipment and transmit images for interpretation.
• Transport equipment and maintain readiness at each facility.
• Monitor for new cases via self-dispatching or dispatch staff.
• Manage paperwork, billing scans, and communication with clients.
• Maintain high medical ethics and professional conduct.
