Job summary

TridentCare is seeking a Mobile Sonographer to provide portable ultrasound services across nursing homes, home care facilities, prisons, and processing sites within the service regions. Travel by automobile to patient locations and perform clinically diagnostic exams ordered by physicians.

The role requires ARDMS certified technologists with an accredited ultrasound program background, valid driver's license, and the ability to self-dispatch and manage a flexible schedule while maintaining

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited diagnostic ultrasound technology program.
• Valid ARDMS certification or equivalent registries.
• Driver's license with clean record and ability to travel to multiple sites.
• Ability to interpret orders and ensure patient identification before exams.

Responsibilities

• Perform portable ultrasound exams and transmit images to radiologists.
• Self-dispatch to cases and manage assigned workload.
• Verify patient identity and ensure exam orders match chart.
• Maintain and sanitize equipment and vehicle; adhere to safety protocols.
• Provide professional patient care and document findings per policy.
