Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Mobile Driver Patrol in Chicago, IL. You will serve clients across campus environments, conduct patrols, and deter incidents while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements: valid driver’s license, 18+ for unarmed roles, 21+ for armed roles, high school diploma or equivalent, background check, drug screen where required, licensing as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to students, staff, visitors, and campus partners while following site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of campus buildings, grounds, walkways, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, medical situations, and emergencies calmly and according to procedures.
• Document observations and patrols; communicate information to supervisors and responders as appropriate.
• Help maintain a welcoming campus by giving directions and addressing access-related concerns.
