About The Role

Working under limited supervision, supporting assigned service calls, applying advanced skills to perform complex preventive maintenance and corrective repairs of buildings, systems, and equipment across multiple sites. Monitors building system operations and performance using various trade skills such as welding, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating, and cooling. Flexibility on schedule is required.

What You’ll Do

1. Perform daily repairs, emergency, and preventive maintenance; document activities as required.
2. Review work orders, estimate time and materials, order supplies, and manage work using CMMS.
3. Lead troubleshooting and repairs of plumbing, HVAC/R, roofs, drains, and kitchen equipment.
4. Inspect new installations for compliance with codes and safety laws.
5. Inspect building systems, including fire alarms, HVAC/R, and plumbing, to ensure proper operation and environmental conditions.
6. Oversee and inspect work by outside contractors.
7. Maintain lighting systems, grounds, and perform tasks like furniture assembly and locksmith duties.
8. Respond promptly to emergencies, summoning additional assistance as needed.
9. Report daily work activities via PDA device.

What You’ll Need

1. High school diploma or GED with at least 4 years of related experience or trade school training.
2. Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
3. Ability to operate a full-size van/truck.
4. Licensure as required by authorities, including Universal EPA certification.
5. Strong communication skills, proficiency with computer and PDA systems.
6. Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
