Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction, coaching, and support to managers, supervisors, and donor services staff.
• Oversee daily mobile blood collection operations and ensure staffing levels meet operational needs.
• Participate in hiring, performance management, employee development, counseling, and termination decisions.
• Monitor operational metrics, identify trends, and implement strategies to improve productivity and quality.
• Manage staffing schedules and ratios to improve efficiency and reduce overtime.
• Promote a positive workplace culture that supports teamwork and retention.
• Ensure an exceptional donor experience at every mobile blood drive.
• Address donor concerns and staff performance or behavioral issues professionally.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate changes and recognize performance.
• Oversee materials and equipment operations, including maintenance and quality control.
• Monitor collection goals, automation rates, and data accuracy.
• Partner with recruitment to meet collection projections and goals.
• Analyze data to increase automation and productivity.
• Monitor inventory and communicate operational needs.
• Manage and rotate staff on-call responsibilities.
