Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 3 years supervisory/management experience; blood banking preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; data analysis ability

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction, coaching, and support to managers, supervisors, and donor services staff
• Oversee daily mobile blood collection operations and staffing levels
• Participate in hiring, performance management, and staff development
• Monitor metrics, trends, and implement strategies to improve productivity and quality
• Promote positive workplace culture and exceptional donor experience
• Address donor concerns and staff issues professionally
• Oversee equipment maintenance and inventory
• Collaborate with recruitment to meet collection goals
• Prepare and manage department budget with ED
• Perform additional duties as assigned
