Job summary

Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. is seeking a Behavioral Consultant (BC) and Mobile Therapist (MT) to join the Franklin County Program.

This hands-on role provides direct therapy and counseling to children, youth, and families, with a Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or social work. You will develop and implement treatment plans, champion YAP’s mission, and there is potential for licensed supervision.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, or social work.
• Licensed staff (LBS/LSW/LMSW/LPC) or BS licensure preferred.
• Experience providing therapeutic services to youth and families.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (O365).
• Bi-lingual Spanish speaking is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct therapy and counseling to participants and families.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans addressing individual and family needs.
• Champion Youth Advocate Programs, Inc.'s mission, philosophy, and core principles.
• Opportunity for licensed supervision may be available.
• Availability to work flexible hours up to 40 hours per week.
