Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. invites qualified professionals to join Franklin County Program as Behavioral Consultant or Mobile Therapist. This hands-on role delivers therapeutic services to children, youth, and families, with direct therapy, treatment planning, and strong collaboration with families.

Flexible hours and competitive weekly pay are offered. Licensure options like LBS/LSW/LMSW/LPC are preferred, and Spanish-speaking skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work.
• Licensed Staff (LBS, LSW, LMSW, or LPC) or staff with BS licensure preferred.
• Experience providing therapeutic services to youth and families.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (O365) applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bi-Lingual/Spanish speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct therapy and counseling to youth and families.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans for each individual and family.
• Champion Youth Advocate Programs, Inc.'s mission, philosophy, and core principles in daily work.
• Opportunity for licensed supervision may be available.
