Responsibilities

• Develop and execute individual treatment plans for clients
• Oversee daily therapeutic activities and supervise staff
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy using diverse techniques
• Collaborate with treatment teams to update plans and ensure safety
• Assist with discharge planning and client funding matters
