Job summary

You will document topics, support outcomes, and maintain strong communication with the treatment team to promote continuity of care and patient engagement in daily living activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Work Experience: 1 year in group development/facilitation with bachelor’s degree or 3 years without bachelor’s degree; mental health experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities and schedule psychoeducational groups.
• Document weekly group topics and support program performance improvement.
• Promote client attendance and document participation in groups and activities.
• Collaborate with the team to align with treatment goals and share progress.
