Job summary

PMHCC, Inc. is seeking an ARU-3 Coordinator to lead collaboration among city agencies, enhance behavioral health crisis responses, and ensure staff follow protocols.

You will work with MIH, DBHIDS, and MDO partners to evaluate program quality, supervise personnel, and develop policies. A Master’s degree in a related field and supervisory experience are required, with bilingual Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of behavioral health/crisis experience; 5–7 preferred.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Attend weekly staff meetings and coordinate with behavioral health workgroups.
• Prepare reports, liaise with providers, and ensure smooth admissions.
• Schedule meetings with treatment providers and third parties.
• Collaborate with multi-agency partners within a unified command structure.
• Develop goals, strategies, and annual training plans.
• Oversee unit policies and assist in budgeting.
