Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage with community members at risk of psychiatric admission.
• Collaborate with partners to improve behavioral health outcomes.
• Focus on low-acuity 911 calls and 302 transports for special populations.
• Provide behavioral health assessment for de-escalation during encounters.
• Coordinate linkage to behavioral health, medical and social services.
• Maintain documentation for follow-up and data collection.
