Job summary

PMHCC, Inc. in Philadelphia seeks an ARU-3 Coordinator to lead a Behavioral Health Crisis Unit within MIH. You will ensure protocols are followed, oversee MBHCS staff, and engage with system supervisors to drive quality and program success.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree required in social work, psychology, or another related field.
• 3-5 years of behavioral health/crisis experience; 5-7 years preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Attends weekly staff meetings and represents behavioral health work-groups.
• Prepares reports and correspondence; interfaces with providers and third parties.
• Guarantees a seamless admissions process into treatment; coordinates with treatment providers.
