This position provides hands-on experience running a business, with potential for growth, development, and even ownership opportunities.

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

• Promotion & Social Media Management: Build our brand and grow our presence.
• Client Relations: Handle inquiries, follow-ups, quotes, and contracts.
• Staffing: Schedule, hire, train, and manage a team that reflects our high standards.
• Inventory Management: Maintain stock and ensure seamless event execution.
• Event Coordination: Organize, pull bars, and oversee event operations.
• Menu Creation: Craft recipes and develop innovative drink options.
• Drink Classes: Organize and manage workshops and classes.

This is a leadership role for someone ready to take ownership (figuratively and perhaps literally) of the growth and success of our business.
