Pay Range

This range is provided by Air Education and Training Command. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $19.67/hr

Responsibilities

1. Secure linen, glassware, and silverware depending on the format (menu, food, beverages).
2. Prepare tables for food and beverages, ensuring cleanliness and proper presentation.
3. Retrieve food from the kitchen and serve beverages from the bar following specific instructions and schedules.
4. Refill containers, perform emergency cleanup, and answer questions about menu items.
5. Clean and prepare tables for further use, including incidental dishwashing and cleaning duties.
6. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Complete a background investigation with favorable results.
• Obtain a Food Handler’s Certificate and/or complete food handler's training.

Qualifications

Open to everyone. Eligibility is determined based on the questionnaire and proof of eligibility submitted by the application deadline of 05/23/2025. Experience includes paid, unpaid, volunteer, and relevant educational experience. You must clearly describe your experience in your resume, and provide transcripts if education qualifies you.

Experience Requirements: Ability to follow simple oral instructions, stand, stoop, bend, walk for long periods, lift up to 10 pounds frequently, meet age requirements for serving alcohol, and communicate effectively.

• U.S. Citizens and eligible non-citizens with residence in the U.S. or U.S. Territories for 3+ years.
