Job summary

Plumas Bank is seeking a full-time Roaming Client Services Specialist to work across our Sierra Region, including Quincy, Portola, Susanville, Reno and the Lake Branches. Travel to other bank locations will be required, with a base location within the listed travel area and 40 hours guaranteed.

Overnight stays may be needed to support staffing. The successful candidate will have two years of teller/banking or cash handling experience, excellent customer service and phone skills, and proficiency

Qualifications

• Two years teller/banking and/or cash handling experience required.
• Excellent customer service and phone skills.
• Dependability and good computer skills with knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Roaming between Quincy, Portola, Susanville, Reno and Lake Branches to provide client services.
• Travel to other bank locations as needed; may require overnight stays.
• Establish and maintain customer relationships while delivering exceptional service.
