Job summary

Hudson Ford in Hudson, WI is seeking a Mobile Service Technician to diagnose and repair vehicles both on-site and at customer locations. You will perform maintenance, recalls, and light repairs, documenting all work on the repair orders and road-testing to confirm quality.

The role requires strong attention to detail, calm under pressure, and excellent communication. This is a flat-rate position with a pay range of $22-27 per hour, based on experience, and includes a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work professionally in stressful situations.
• Strong attention to detail and communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform repair work per repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards.
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
• Document work performed on repair order and document test procedures/results.
• Responsible for providing and maintaining an inventory of normal mechanics tools to include screwdrivers, wrenches, socket wrenches, pliers, hammers, chisels and punches, and other tools needed to perform the work for which the technician is trained and not normally inventoried by the service department as “special tools”.
• Complete all required training.
