Qualifications

• 2+ years of prior experience as a Diagnostic technician.
• I-CAR & ASE certifications preferred.
• Must currently have or be willing to obtain proper tools to complete job duties.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings including background checks.

Responsibilities

• Apply technical knowledge to assist customers and support Autel scanning procedures.
• Answer inbound and outbound phone calls in support of the Autel unit and scanning procedures.
• Explain and resolve technology issues on the vehicle.
