Job summary

ATE - Automotive Technology Experts is seeking a Field Technician to perform high‑quality diagnostic, calibration, and programming services at customer sites. You will travel daily in a company vehicle, document work to OEM standards, and ensure safety and accuracy while delivering superior customer service.

You must have 2–5+ years of automotive experience with ADAS, electrical systems, and calibration tools.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of automotive experience servicing and diagnosing a wide range of vehicle systems.
• Strong knowledge of ADAS and electrical services, including calibrations and programming.
• Proficient with electrical diagnostic equipment (multimeters, power probes).
• Ability to interpret OEM and aftermarket service information and wiring schematics.
• Ability to program vehicle modules using factory or approved non-factory software.
• Clear and professional communication, both verbal and written.
• Will travel daily with a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fast and accurate ATE service support to customers.
• Travel daily to assigned service locations in a company-provided vehicle.
• Perform diagnostics, calibrations, programming, scanning, and wire/connector repair.
• Document services per OEM guidelines and obtain approval before execution.
• Conduct test drives to verify system functionality and repair outcomes.
• Provide excellent customer service and escalate concerns when needed.
• Attend team meetings and training sessions as assigned.
• Maintain and secure ATE tools, equipment, and vehicles.
• Stay current on OEM protocols through required training.
• Complete final billing per MCP guidelines and meet productivity goals.
