Job summary

Crash Champions, through Automotive Technology Experts (ATE), seeks a Field Technician to perform diagnostics, calibrations, programming and testing at customer sites in Florida. This mobile role requires daily travel in a company vehicle with OEM-aligned standards and strong customer service.

You will document work, manage equipment, and coordinate with shops and stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes. Ideal candidates have 2–5+ years in automotive diagnostics, ADAS calibration, and electrical

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years automotive experience servicing and diagnosing a wide range of vehicle systems.
• Strong knowledge of ADAS and electrical service calibrations and programming.
• Proficient with electrical diagnostic equipment and health scans.
• Ability to read OEM service information and wiring schematics.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; able to travel daily.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fast and accurate ATE service support to customers.
• Travel daily to assigned service locations in a company-provided vehicle.
• Perform diagnostics, calibrations, programming, scanning, and wiring repair.
• Document services per OEM guidelines and obtain approvals.
• Conduct test drives to verify system functionality and outcomes.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate with shops and stakeholders.
• Maintain and secure tools and equipment; participate in training.
• Complete final billing per MCP guidelines and meet productivity goals.
• Work Saturdays as required.
