Paycom - ATS is seeking a Mobile Automotive Calibration and Diagnostic Technician to lead on-site ADAS calibrations and electrical diagnostics. You will coordinate with collision centers, insurers, and customers to ensure precise calibration following repairs, using OEM tools and factory software.

The role requires strong communication, fast-paced problem solving, and a customer-focused mindset. The position offers full-time employment with company-provided vans, paid training, and opportunities

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years automotive repair experience required.
  • ASE or I-CAR certifications a plus.
  • Familiar with OEM/aftermarket diagnostic tools and factory software.
  • Willingness to travel for training.

Responsibilities

  • Perform static/dynamic ADAS calibrations on foreign, domestic, and EV vehicles on site or at customer locations.
  • Diagnose complex electrical issues and repair wiring harnesses as needed.
  • Use OEM service libraries and diagnostic tools to ensure calibrations meet OE specs.
  • Explain calibration specifications and repair plans to collision centers, insurers, and customers.
  • Maintain organized work area and participate in ongoing training.

The Mobile Automotive Calibration and Diagnostic Technician is a full-time role responsible for managing day-to-day service operations while building strong relationships with customers and maintaining open, professional communication. This position requires advanced diagnostic ability, strong electrical and technological knowledge, and the ability to perform precise ADAS calibrations for all makes and models in a fast-paced environment. Ideal for an experienced automotive technician, this role is a great opportunity for someone who understands vehicle systems and is looking to transition into electronic diagnostics and calibration work.In this role, you will perform accurate ADAS calibrations following collision repairs and windshield replacements, diagnose complex electrical issues, and repair wiring harnesses when needed.
