Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. seeks a Mobile Field Technician to manage daily service operations and build strong customer relationships.

You will perform precise ADAS calibrations for various vehicles at customer sites or on location, diagnose electrical issues, and repair wiring as needed. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years automotive repair experience, knowledge of collision repair processes, and proficiency with OEM diagnostic tools and factory software.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years automotive repair experience required.
  • Trade school experience a plus.
  • ASE or I-CAR certifications are a plus.
  • Knowledge of collision repair processes and terminology.
  • Experience with OEM/aftermarket diagnostic tools and factory software.

Responsibilities

  • Perform static and dynamic ADAS calibrations after collision repairs and windshield replacements.
  • Diagnose complex electrical issues and repair wiring harnesses when needed.
  • Test drive vehicles after repairs to verify calibrations and performance.
  • Explain calibration specs and repair plans to collision centers, insurers, and customers.
  • Maintain organized work area and ensure tooling software is up to date.
  • Travel for training as required.

he Mobile Field Technician is a full-time role responsible for managing day-to-day service operations while building strong relationships with customers and maintaining open, professional communication. This position requires advanced diagnostic ability, strong electrical and technological knowledge, and the ability to perform precise ADAS calibrations for all makes and models in a fast-paced environment. Ideal for an experienced technician, this role is a great opportunity for someone who understands vehicle systems and is looking to transition into electronic diagnostics and calibration work.In this role, you will perform accurate ADAS calibrations following collision repairs and windshield replacements, diagnose complex electrical issues, and repair wiring harnesses when needed.
