Job summary

Precision is seeking a Mobile Automotive Calibration and Diagnostic Technician to lead day-to-day service operations and build strong customer relationships. The role demands advanced ADAS calibration skills, electrical knowledge, and precise calibration work for foreign, domestic, and EV vehicles at customer locations.

You will use OEM diagnostic tools, stay current with tool updates, and ensure safety and manufacturer specifications are met.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years automotive repair experience required.
  • ASE or I-CAR certifications a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of collision repair processes and terminology.

Responsibilities

  • Perform static and dynamic ADAS calibrations on various vehicles.
  • Diagnose complex electrical issues and repair wiring harnesses as needed.
  • Utilize OEM service libraries and diagnostic tools for calibration.
  • Explain calibration specs and repair needs to center personnel and customers.
  • Travel for training as required and maintain organization of tools and inventory.

Job description

The Mobile Automotive Calibration and Diagnostic Technician is a full-time role responsible for managing day-to-day service operations while building strong relationships with customers and maintaining open, professional communication. This position requires advanced diagnostic ability, strong electrical and technological knowledge, and the ability to perform precise ADAS calibrations for all makes and models in a fast-paced environment. Ideal for an experienced technician, this role is a great opportunity for someone who understands vehicle systems and is looking to transition into electronic diagnostics and calibration work.In this role, you will perform accurate ADAS calibrations following collision repairs and windshield replacements, diagnose complex electrical issues, and repair wiring harnesses when needed.
