Job summary

Veriipro is seeking an experienced Mobile Automation Engineer to advance our mobile testing capabilities across iOS and Android. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Appium and Java, while expanding API automation and CI/CD integration.

You will perform extensive functional, regression, and performance testing, validate across devices and OS versions, and contribute to security and accessibility compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain mobile test automation frameworks for iOS and Android using Appium and Java.

• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, exploratory, accessibility, performance, and security testing.
• Validate mobile apps across multiple devices, operating systems, platforms, and environments.
• Develop and maintain API automation suites using REST Assured, Postman, and related testing frameworks.
• Test AWS-based applications and services, including AppSync, API Gateway, GraphQL APIs, and DynamoDB integrations.
• Perform testing of Spring Boot microservices, backend services, and enterprise application integrations.
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and faster release cycles.
• Create and maintain test plans, test scenarios, test cases, test data, traceability matrices, and automation assets.
• Execute manual testing cycles, identify and document defects, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with development teams for resolution.
• Participate in defect triage, sprint planning, release validation, and production readiness activities.
• Support performance testing initiatives using tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Ensure compliance with mobile accessibility standards and enterprise quality standards.
• Leverage AI-assisted testing approaches to improve test automation coverage and productivity.
