Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking an entry-level Auto Maintenance Tech I to perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs on vehicles at a Cox location. The role requires 1+ year of related experience and the ability to operate standard, automatic, and electric vehicles.

A pre-employment drug test is part of the process, and pay ranges from $24.09 to $36.11 per hour with potential incentives. Ideal candidates will keep service records, follow safety standards, and work with a team to support

Qualifications

• 1+ year of related work experience.
• Must be able to drive standard, automatic and electric vehicles.
• Current ASE certifications may be required by leadership.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance like oil changes and inspections.
• Repair and service components including brakes, tires, EV systems as qualified.
• Maintain vehicle history and clean work area; follow safety rules.
• May up fit new vehicles with equipment; perform other duties as needed.
