Job summary

Cox Automotive at Manheim is hiring an Auto Maintenance Tech I to perform routine repairs and maintenance on a variety of vehicles. You will gain hands-on experience, work on oil changes, filter replacements, and system inspections in a supportive environment.

The role requires at least 1 year of related experience, a valid driver’s license, and ASE certifications (G1, A4, A5 as needed). This on-site position offers competitive pay and opportunities for growth within Cox Auto University.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related work experience.
• Must be able to operate standard, automatic and electric vehicles.
• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Current ASE certifications: G1, A4, A5 as required by leadership.

Responsibilities

• Perform light-duty auto maintenance and repairs.
• Change oil and filters; replace fuel filters and spark plugs.
• Inspect and test vehicle systems; diagnose and repair brakes, steering and suspension.
• Test and replace batteries; service starting and charging systems.
• Assist with tire work, inspections, and generic maintenance tasks.
• Follow safety procedures and utilize approved vendors for parts.
