Responsibilities

• Assist service managers and estimators with documentation for repairs.
• Conduct training and test trainees.
• Collaborate with management on training needs for hardware/software tools and workflows.
• Perform bumper-to-bumper mechanical and electrical repairs.
• Develop relationships with new customers and provide high-quality service to maintain relationships.
• Assume other duties as assigned.
