Parkway Family Auto Group is seeking a skilled Mobile Auto Technician to perform on-site repairs and maintenance at customers' locations. You will travel to appointments, follow procedures, and document work accurately, ensuring safety and quality.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, independence, and reliable communication. Ideal candidates have hands-on mechanical experience, enjoy working remotely, and are comfortable with digital work orders and mobile tech.

Qualifications

• Hands-on mechanical or technical experience and ability to follow service instructions.
• Strong customer-service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Troubleshoot methodically and know when to ask for help.
• Comfort using mobile devices, digital work orders, and service information.
• Dependable with sound judgment when working away from the dealership.
• Valid driver's license and driving record meeting company requirements.
• Willingness to complete required automotive and manufacturer training.
• Factory training and automotive certifications preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer homes, workplaces, and fleet locations for mobile service and repair.
• Perform maintenance, inspections, and eligible repairs within training and van capabilities.
• Complete eligible recall or service campaign work after required training and authorization.
• Follow manufacturer procedures and verify completed work.
• Communicate findings and coordinate approval for additional work.
• Document work with digital repair orders, photos, and mileage.
