Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 3+ years automotive repair experience required.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record required.
• Must qualify for corporate insurance programs, including vehicle insurance.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to develop relationships with new customers to grow market share.
• Proficient use of automotive diagnostic equipment and repair tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, mechanical, and diagnostic procedures on most vehicle makes and models.
• Assist service managers and estimators with documentation for repairs.
• Execute bumper-to-bumper repairs, including OEM software programming and ADAS calibrations.
• Develop relationships with new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Safely operate a company vehicle and comply with traffic laws and company policies.
• Handle multiple tasks with moderate complexity and follow established procedures.
