Job summary

Powerhouse Automotive Group is seeking a Mobile Service Technician to deliver dealership-level service directly to customers at their location across Central Georgia. You will perform on-site maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics with a focus on quality and clear communication.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in automotive repair, strong diagnostic skills, and the ability to work independently in a mobile environment. Valid driver's license with a clean record is required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years automotive repair experience.
• Ford experience or familiarity with similar OEM systems preferred.
• Strong diagnostic knowledge of electrical systems, brakes, and suspension.
• Independent worker comfortable in a mobile environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations to perform maintenance, repairs, and recalls.
• Perform oil changes, brake service, battery replacement, and general maintenance.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
• Complete repair orders and mobile service reports using digital tools.
• Communicate vehicle condition and recommended services to customers.
• Coordinate with parts departments and service teams for timely repairs.
• Maintain a clean, organized mobile service vehicle and tools.
• Road-test vehicles as needed to ensure quality and repair accuracy.
