Job summary

Pack Auto Group is seeking a Mobile Technician to visit customer locations in the Lewisville area for automotive repairs and maintenance. You will diagnose, repair, and test vehicles, communicating clearly with customers and parts staff to ensure timely, quality service.

Ideal candidates have strong automotive knowledge, excellent communication, and a willingness to participate in ongoing training and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required and basic automotive repair knowledge.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Fast learner who works well in a team and can follow dealer and factory standards.

Responsibilities

• Performs repair work with efficiency and accuracy per repair order and standards.
• Diagnoses vehicle problems based on customer complaints and inspection.
• Communicates with parts department to obtain needed parts.
• Mobile Technician will go to customers location for repair.
• Saves and tags parts of the job if under warranty or if requested by the customer.
• Examines vehicle for safety or service work requirements and recommendations.
• Documents all work performed and recommended on the repair order.
• Road tests vehicles.
• Participates in manufacturer-sponsored training and events.
• Keeps abreast of manufacturer bulletins and maintains tools.
