Job summary

Glass America Milwaukie, Oregon is seeking Auto Glass Technicians to replace windshields and window glass in vehicles. Responsibilities include in-shop or mobile installations with proper tools, accurate paperwork, and maintaining safety and quality.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED and 4–6 years of related experience, with a valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. We offer comprehensive benefits and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 4-6 years of related work experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Install auto glass in-shop or on a mobile basis using proper tools and techniques.
• Complete and submit required paperwork to the appropriate location.
• Maintain a safe driving record in accordance with company policy.
• Perform auto glass repairs as needed.
• Load glass in the truck and assist with installations as required.
• Report any problems to the Glass Manager immediately.
• Maintain high quality control and provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure all equipment is operating properly and comply with company policies.
