Job summary

Glass America in Portland is seeking Auto Glass Technicians to replace windshields and window glass in vehicles, in-shop or on a mobile basis. You will use proper tools and techniques to ensure efficient, high‑quality installation and complete the required paperwork.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and 4–6 years of related experience, a valid driver’s license, and physical stamina (standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required (preferred).
• 4–6 years of related work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Installs auto glass in-shop or on a mobile basis.
• Uses proper tools and techniques to ensure efficient, quality installation.
• Ensures required paperwork is completed and submitted.
• Maintains a safe and acceptable driving record as per policy.
• May perform auto glass repairs as needed.
• Loads glass in the truck as needed.
