Job summary

Glass America, Inc. is seeking Auto Glass Technicians to replace windshields and other glass in vehicles. The role includes in-shop or mobile installations, using proper tools and techniques to deliver high-quality service to customers.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED and 4–6 years of related experience, plus a valid driver’s license. The position offers full-time hours with benefits, and requires maintaining a safe driving record.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 4–6 years of related work experience required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Install auto glass in shop or on a mobile basis.
• Ensure quality workmanship and timely installation.
• Complete required paperwork and maintain safety standards.
• Load glass and equipment as needed and report issues to Glass Manager.
