Glass America, part of The Boyd Group, is hiring Auto Glass Technicians to replace windshields and glass in vehicles, in-shop or on a mobile basis. You will use proper tools to ensure quality installations and complete required paperwork with care.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 4–6 years of related experience, and a valid driver’s license. This role emphasizes safety, customer service, and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 4-6 years of related work experience is required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able stand for long periods of time in the installation of glass.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Installs auto glass and other auto glass products in-shop or on a mobile basis.
• Utilizes the proper tools and techniques to ensure efficient, timely, and quality installation service for Glass America customers.
• Ensures required paperwork is completed and turned in to the appropriate person or location.
• Maintains a safe and acceptable driving record in accordance with company policy.
• May perform auto glass repairs as needed.
