Caliber Collision is seeking a Mobile Diagnostic Technician in South Centerville, NY. You will apply technical knowledge to assist customers and resolve vehicle technology issues, including using the Autel scanning unit.

Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years' experience and the ability to perform physical tasks. The role offers immediate eligibility for health insurance and a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of prior experience as a diagnostic technician.
• I‑CAR and ASE certifications preferred.
• Must have or be willing to obtain proper tools.

Responsibilities

• Apply technical knowledge to assist customers.
• Answer inbound and outbound phone calls regarding Autel scanning unit.
• Resolve technology issues on the vehicle.
