Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Mobile Diagnostic Technician to perform diagnostic duties and support using the Autel scanning unit. The role includes answering calls, explaining scanning procedures, and resolving vehicle tech issues.

Requirements include 2+ years as a diagnostic technician, preferred I-CAR and ASE certifications, and the ability to obtain necessary tools. Pre-employment screenings are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of prior experience as a Diagnostic technician.
• I-CAR & ASE certifications preferred.
• Must have or be willing to obtain proper tools.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings including background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic services using Autel scanning unit.
• Answer inbound and outbound calls in support of Autel scanning unit.
• Explain and resolve technology issues on vehicles.
• Conduct research to understand symptoms and issues.
